Which is the best diet to follow?

There isn’t one. There are number of diets out there and all of them work, even if its Keto Paleo, plant based or any other diet you know of. All of them work on the same principle, getting you under ur maintenance calories, a calorie deficit. Pick any of the diet and see the methodology of it and you will realise that it is true.

There is no ideal diet for everyone. Everyone has different body and different diets suits them. Its not like a diet that worked for me will definitely work for you too. You need to figure out which diet work for you and that will be achieved once you start trying every diet out there. You will fail, you will mess up, you will get off track, but every time you get back on track, things will start working with you.

WHAT YOU DO MOST OF THE TIME WILL ALWAYS OUTWEIGH WHAT YOU DO LEAST OF THE TIME
