Not doing well at not smoking at all. Haven't really tried to worry about the challenge, been busy graduating children from schools this weekend. Drank plenty of beer and margueritas, ate too much barbeque food, but didn't go too crazy. I stopped when I realized I was sugared out, or consuming simply too much food. I'm too afraid to weight myself after a that experience; I decided to eat really healthy for the next few days and then weigh in to see if I can get back down to where I was. I'm really excited to see the 160's again. I feel like my clothes fit a little better and a size 14 is just around the corner. It's slow but exciting.
