Followed Diet-100%. Exercis-75%. Have been using My Fitness Pal for one week and I am VERY pleased with my drop in weight attributed to tracking (and tweeking) my calories and exercise daily. One-twenty pounds(and eventually 115 lbs) here I come! Paul is successful too.
