I am really sore today, but I still want to do a workout later.
Maybe a short walk or pilates, but I need to stay in the habit.

Breakfast: Kix and banana with 2 percent milk
HLB:moderate
FLA:satisfied

Lunch: 3 hot wings, baby carrots, ff blue cheese dressing, and small cup of 2% milk
half of a debbie snack
HLB: moderate, stomach was growling
FLA:slightly past satisfied tending towards silghtly full

3 oclock snack: cup of trix and milk
HLB: slight
FLA: satisfied


hmm maybe I will use the food log from now on after all, this way takes forever. I just have to be sure not to get caught up in the calories again. If it starts to happen I'll come back to this way.
