McDonalds, Popeyes, Pizza
And down a pound.
It was not a normal day for me. I had the McD's because I was feeling sorry for myself after getting a temp crown, and I planned my day around it. I had Popeyes because I ended up taking the whole day off work and did a bunch of yardwork and it shares a parking lot with Lowes where I had to go buy more dirt. And I was starving by that point. I had pizza because we worked in the yard all day and only stopped around dusk. Then I sat outside until it got dark and was so hungry I had the leftover pizza from the weekend. I definitely burned some cals yesterday so I dont feel bad about eating "crappy" for the day. Obviously I let myself go too long without eating and then ate whatever I could get my hands on. Its just something to keep in mind and try to prevent in the future.
QUESTION: How do YOU log pizza that is cut into squares? I just try to imagine what size a slice would be with the squares but that seems pretty dodgy.
