I don't eat before a workout but after will be porridge, fruit, eggs, toast, peanut butter one way or other

Craving eggs isn't so bad, as they are fairly low cal. Would NOT go for peanut butter, as this is extremely high calorie, and it's so easy to eat too much in one snack or sitting. I just knosh on grapes and fresh berries, since they're great for energy before workouts.

peanut butter and cucumber? you're odd Paula 🤣 but if you said peanut butter and apples then that's a different thing 😁 chopped apple and dunking them in a tea spoon (maybe little more ) of peanut butter 🤤. that's what I had today for my snack. that and 2 melted cheese triangles with some bread sticks. kept me until dinner 😍 Def to repeat

Only because I like to keep my sugar intake at les than 30 g a day 🤣
But it is nice. I like peanut butter but I try to keep it away. As said here,. It is high calorie . Such a waste of calories for a tbsp of something 😱

I agree. I'd love to like cucumber but I simply can't have it. To me it tastes like a very green banana (non ripe) or like if I ate accidently a bit of banana skin, I just can't like it 🤣🤣🤣

I just add the peanut butter into my daily calorie allowance. It is high fat and protein so I find that it keeps me fuller for longer.
