Bahan baksi tahu:
Tahu 7buah
Tepung trigu(-+5sendok)
Daun bawang
Wortel
Merica
Bawang merah/putih
Penyedap/garam/kaldu bubuk
Cara buat:
Tahu di remuk teus di peras pake kain bersih
Campus tahu + tepung +bamer/baput goreng yang udah dihaluskan (ngaruh banget digoreng dulu baru halusin bener2 wangi)
Bulat bulatkan trus tebus di air mendidih
Masak kuah :
tumis bamer/baput
Masukkan air kuah sesuai selera banyaknya
Kasi bumbu penyedap/garam/kalduayam
Air mendidih masukkan daun bawang dan bakso tahunya, btw kuah optional guya bisa bikin kuah sop, kuahseblak, lain² digadohin aja juga enak😂
