Kinda expected this after last week’s emotional eating. It’s not that bad so I’m happy. Starting the 1000 skips a day for 7 days challenge. Wish me luck 🍀 will post results here (lol doing this so my FatSecret family keeps me accountable)
72.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
