I gained sixty pounds on psych meds in one year and it took years of hard work to get it off - until I did Atkins for good - and now I have to do Atkins along with low calorie, low fat to keep it off. I am just going to start to work out. (I had arthritis really bad that prevented me from working out). I'm moving this year ASAP and am a permanent Atkins person, and it works. WW, all the other diets don't work for me and this diet also lowered my sky high cholesterol problem too! Medical issues people don't understand can cause weight gain and force us to use this so-called 'fad diet' and this is no fad diet to me, it was a last resort when all else failed. You go! This diet works better than low calorie and you don't feel like you're starving either! :)
