Pretty pleased with this, it is the first weekend in years that I haven’t had any alcohol to drink. There were lots of opportunities to drink or to eat rubbish but I pretty much stopped myself.
I did have one triangle of toblerone but didn’t realise each triangle was 20g of carbs! That will teach me not to check the nutritional info first.
