so yesterday it hit me that i am ready to do the atkins diet. unofficially i started yesterday and officially today. already i am 4.4# lighter! if i dont lose anything else this week i am on route for my goal. i can do this. didnt have a lot of time yesrerday but still managed 35 min at gym. i dont want to die.
