I finally did it! I completed a full 1 hour Pilates class! I had to stop for a break half way through and I cussed like a sailor the whole way through cause my glutes were on FIRE, but I made it! 🥳 Now I'll be able to power through the whole video for the next few days until I want to switch up my routine.

You'll be sore tomorrow, but Pilates has a way of pulling us back in for another class. It's like you can feel that 6-pack under the skin/fat's surface, just waiting to explode! Congrats on powering through, and know that next class will be just as rewarding 🎁👙
