Up .2. I am going to start adding a protein shake in with my mid-morning and mid-afternoon fruit. I think I am missing the additional protein and calories. Starting today so I need to not be so hard on myself if I go up a little during this process. I also start back on yoga tomorrow. So excited to get back into that groove. 29 days til my trip/retreat - have to lose this 10 lbs!!!!
