I’m really trying to stay on it now, coming up to the weekend and typically this is when I go f-it it’s the weekend and have a drink, then more drinks, then all the sweets and crisps I’ve not eaten in the week!
Monday morning, for the first time ever probably, I’m determined to be lower than I am today - no more excuses!
