I should probably just get rid of the left over Valentine's Day candy... I keep eating it and obviously its not doing any good for me. I gained a pound but I don't want to record it so I'm just going to on Friday. I also haven't worked out at all in the past 4 days so I'm slacking a lot.
Something I noticed... I get headaches almost every single time I work out. I smoked for about a year and a half but I quit about 8 months ago (and had only a few cigs on New Years). I also drink a lot of water throughout the day... so I have no clue why I get such bad headaches. I thought it was from the smoking but I just don't know anymore. Anyone else have my problem?
