I was very proud of my day today. I went on an hour walk around my neighborhood this morning and even got in about minutes of running.
My friend and i then went to a crepe restaurant and each had a savory one and a sweet one that we brought home. After figuring out points for my exercise and my food for the day i am still down a few points for a cup of tea before bed! It makes me happy that i can still get the food that i crave and that make me happy, which in turn makes me happy.
Good day all together and makes me positive i will achieve my goals!
