體重增加300中,骨骼肌跟肌肉增加200,水份增加100,脂肪也增加100,內臟脂肪仍在12
最近一直吃雞肉罐頭的關係吧,也持續走萬步,所以肌肉增加,脂肪增加我倒是不太擔心,不過下週朋友來,聚餐開始才是考驗吧
