This is my current weight so it shows that I gained but I actually just got a smart scale so it was most likely wrong/off before. it's OK though, I know I've been doing good. I'm still like 8 lbs down from my original weight in 3 weeks. I did falter and smoke 2 cigs yesterday but I'm back on the wagon today. Day 5 mostly smoke free. Keep on keeping on my friends!
101.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
