I just seem to be holding steady this week. Sometimes you just need to be ok with that and keep going. My wife has dropped a few more, and both boys are losing and feeling better. My wife went through and got rid of more junk food in the pantry. Not much more to go and there will be nothing good in the house... err no bad food in the house.. LOL!!!
108.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
