No weight change this week, but I did have to buy a new belt! Got tired of having to pull up my pants. lol Hmmm, 5 more pounds off I am going to pull the blue jeans out the closet and give them a try.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
