Hi guys, just wanted to give an update. As planned, I really did quit smoking yesterday! I did not have a cigarette yesterday or today. I did buy a blu e-cig and I've used it sparingly here and there. I'm beyond proud tho, 2 days without a cigarette is huge for me. The chantix definitely works well. I'm feeling great, I'm sticking to a pretty good diet, and Friday I go back to the doctor to check my cholesterol levels. I'll do my weekly weigh in on Friday morning also, I just bought a smart scale so we'll see how that goes. Thanks for all the support my friends, this app and this community has already helped me more than I could say. Stay inspired!
