During the past 18.75 weeks I lost 18.7kg or an average of 1kg per week. My average calorie intake since 21 January, when I started, is less than 950 calories per day. They say it's not good to lose weight too fast. I therefore increased my average calories to over 1300 (so far) this month. According to the Calorie Calculator at https://www.calculator.net/ my intake must be average 1738 per day for a weight loss goal of 0.5kg per day. That is a lot of food (on the "boerekos" that I like). I will try to gradually increase my intake to that goal and "hold thumbs" that it will work.
