1. Beat two eggs in small bowl
2. Add 100ml water, salt, and mix
3. Steam for eight minutes after water has come a boil
4. Turn off stove and leave lid on for another minute or two
5. Serve with light soy sauce and a bit of green onion

My husband tried to make steamed eggs and it can out horrible lol. Do you add water to the eggs also?

It’s hard to think of where you would go wrong haha. The most popular Chinese recipe actually calls for 1:0.75 egg to water ratio, but I never put that much water. Make sure the eggs are completely beaten before mixing in water and salt.
The only other thing I can think of is not to put the eggs in the steamer until the water has come to a full boil, and there is a ton of steam coming out. 8 mins for 2 eggs, 10 mins for 3.

Food poisoning????? Where'd you eat at? So I won't go there. Peppermint tea or cinnamon is good for your tummy after vomiting. So is toasted bread or crackers. 7-up is soothing too. Take care and beware of those ppl that don't wash their hands. Yuck!!!
