Harsh reality drop-so, I have always had, and am currently dealing with an eating disorder! I am a binger/overeater! I am so scared of it, and hate my self at times for it! When I’m not doing this, I am some times an anorexic. (More in comments)

Im not embarrassed that I weigh myself everyday. It's part of the routine. No shame in that. It is to remind myself, not others, if I am succeeding/failing. If I see the numbers creeping up, then I readjust my calories. A lot of days I fail, most days I fail. And the next day I still weigh myself, even when I know I'm not going to like the number displayed, can't avoid the truth.
