Lunch and Dinner 31 May 2021 plus how I make easy work of cooking the vegetables. The curried stew was pre-prepared for the full month and frozen (also for my house aids). I'm not on any specific diet plan. I eat anything I like but try to keep the calories below 1350 cal. or 5650 kilojoules. Since stating at Fatsecret 18 weeks ago I lost approximately 18 kg which was my aim from the beginning
