I hit my original goal of 150lbs today, plus am building muscle and endurance. I am 5'8", 51 years old, and started on March 9 and 24lbs ago. I have been tracking calories (1300 goal), intermittent fasting daily (noon to 8pm window), drinking alcohol on weekends only, and working out 5 times or more a week (aerobics, strength, walking, running). I have set a new and more modest goal of 145lbs which I hope to achieve in a longer period so hopefully I can stabilize around this amount. Feeling really good, energetic, and proud of myself! This app and watching other people's reports of their experiences has helped a lot.
67.7 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
