Last year I didn't follow through with my weight loss program. Starting this month in May 2014, I plan to make it my goal to loss the weight that I need to lose. My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs. However, for now, I will settle for losing 25 lbs. for half of my goal. If I can lose 25 lbs and keep it off and then follow-up on losing an additional 25 lbs. would be my ultimate goal.
