I kinda love Sundays...a nice, slow, sleepy day...let's see...what have I done today? Threw some stewing beef, potatoes, onions and carrots in the slow cooker with some coffee and tomato sauce. Plan to make some biscuits a bit later when the stew is almost ready. Picked up the last of the ingredients I need to bake cookies tomorrow. Got in a hour of yoga. Called my mom. Yep...not a whole lot going on...
