I'm switching my weigh-in days to Fridays, so there will be a gap this time around!
Excellent workout last night - 1/2 an hour with the weights (arms, back, shoulders, chest); 55 minutes on the mountain bike (it's on a trainer in my living room). Felt great (and sweaty) afterwards. I slept like a log - so much so that I slept through my alarm and ended up a good hour late this morning.
Tonight - repeat. Tomorrow night is cycling only.
