My gosh am I wanting food! Why? Maybe I need more sleep. Maybe I have built some muscle & am burning calories & wanting more. Maybe I'm psychologically craving comfort & control amidst some challenges in my life. Whatever the case, I want more food! What do I want more? Food or to be healthy?
