These past couple days I have been hungry. For the most part I did pretty well. I steer off a little bit but not enough to hate myself.

My newest problem---I cannot seem to eat enough cals without going over my carb allowance for the day. I think this might be why I am not losing anything..I am just maintaining the same weight. I've always been good at being the same weight. I was 166lbs for 3 years straight.

Any suggesting's on how to eat enough without going over on carbs?

eat non carb food. Protein, it makes you full and it's dense so every bite counts and not a carb in site

Proteins and fats.

Drink your fat! Heavy cream in your coffee. Or bulletproof coffee (I can't quite bring myself to do that regularly.) Shakes with good fats and lots of spices so you don't notice they don't have very little sugar, avocado pudding, etc.
