I honestly just stared at the number on the scale...then I weighed myself four more times. I was in a state of disbelief. I really was. I then started to cry and overwhelming happiness flowed through me. I made not one, but two goals!
1: Get to 170 2: Lose 20 Pounds this Year (New Years Resolution)
