Well, this is to be expected with all of the additional stress and having to cut back on my regular activities to try to keep up. Also, I took a long walk yesterday which my body is no longer accustomed to, which would add on water weight.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
