Well week one down and I did GREAT! I lost 5 lbs and I'm so proud of myself - I think the keys are to have the right foods, get rid of the junk so you are not tempted and drink lots of water - that has been the key for me - now I'm alittle nervous about going into the weekend because I have company coming and the weekends are easy to slip up but I think I can make the right choices and stay strong - the results are too important to me.
