Can’t seem to move this weight. Gained a kilo at the weekend took me a week to drop off (which is fine and I’m happy with) but now I’m really getting impatient to drop more. This isn’t far the longest in 5 months I’ve been stuck at a weight. I want to hit that 60kg so impatiently.😬

Hang in there. Try making small changes to what you eat during the week. Try and reduce carbs for 2 days a week to shed the water, hopefully it’ll help. 💪🏼👍🏼

I’m not that worried ! I know my body pretty well and I’m always listening to what it needs. It’s just not having as much control due to social demands is the tough one 😂
