Thanks. My kids would say I know, lol. This pic was taken in Sept. last year, I was just about 300 lbs. then. I hope to be half way to my goal by this Sept. =)

Thank you. Those pix were a lot of fun to take, but I thought for sure that I was gonna fall into the lake. It was less than 4 feet behind me & I felt my foot slipping into the mud. That would've been a funny pic though, lol.
