Make sure you stretch REALLY, really good after you walk or do any kind of work out. You will be a little sore but It will not be that bad and it feels soooooo good. I thought I would not be able to move today because I did 3 sessions of Turbo Jam (Learn & Burn, 20 Minute, and Ab Jam), I rode my bike 10 miles, and I had dance practice last night.(I have to make sure I eat enough substance during the day on dance practice days because I was about to pass out and I piged out on tuna and crackers when I got home at around 10pm and I do not like to eat that late.) Anyway back to what I was saying I strecthed really good even when I was laying in bed I was pointing and flexing my feet/toes to strech my legs and I do not feel that bad. I am about to go riding in like an hour. your body will get use to it if you keep going.
