sempat jalanin kurang lebih 4 bulan LCHF dgn karbo maximal 180gr, tetep berpengaruh sih di fat loss,cuma tantangan nya asupan good fat nya hrs maximal,bukan asal lemak kayak gorengan dll,wajib lemak baik kayak alpukat, kacang sangrai sisanya susah banget,Ampe bosen,skr kembali ke normal Carb,aman dan Masi fatlost, tentunya dgn olahraga rutin juga✊😁
