Gained 2.25 pounds! I'ts the time of the month but Iam sticking with it, swam and walked yesterday and eate right too??thanks for your comments
60.0 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.4 kg a Week

I would not let that bother you that is just the bolting from Mother Nature. I know you like weighing yourself everyday but during your cycle you shouldn't because it may/will be higher I learned that when I was in the military. When ever we had to weigh in if it was that time of month they would not weigh us and i asked why and the tech showed me she weigh me just for the heck of it (did not count against me because I was over the weight limit) but when I went back 2 days after my cycle I was about 3 lbs lighter. do not let that number scare you keep going and weigh yourself about a day after it is completely over to see if you are back where you are suppose to be....KEEP SMASHING!!
