@cindycicilya pokoknya harus inget terus sama tujuan kita buat diet ka, dan aku selalu paksa diri aku buat ga males2 an. Aku buat plan gituuu per minggu nya, kaya jadwal olahraga aku atur biar lebih konsisten.
