I viewed weightloss for the last year and I noticed that I lost weight every month - even on the month's I thought I stalled. August was the only month I didn't drop at least one lb. I've lost about 70lb since joining fatsecret, and about 100lb in the last 15 months.

It is amazing how much I've learned about my body using the tools on fatsecret. I would never have had a weight problem if I had found this site years ago.
