I am sooo excited, I have lost 4 pounds since last Monday. I know it is mainly water weight but I am taking the lose any kind. I was so happy when I left the gym. I have been working so hard to keep with my diet and making sure I get my 8 cups of water a day, which was the hardest at first. I was really bummed when I hadn't made it to the gym two days in a row, but that made up for it. I am psyched and ready to go again and I just got home. Well I hope everyone has a good night, wish me luck with the rest of the week.
