I can almost see the 230's :D Right now we are at 6 weeks in this lifestyle change and the entire family is doing better. We planned on one fun meal at after 6 weeks, so tomorrow is it. What are we doing... SUSHI!!! Surprisingly you can get ok Sushi in Montana.
109.2 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I didn't see the "I" in SUSHI!!! So funny, being the foodie that I am, I was immediately perplexed of this "food" I'd missed out on! God forbid I miss out on a new food invention :D

Love sushi!! And actually it isn't all that bad for you. The rice is a lot of carbs, but there are a lot of worse things you could eat. Have fun!! After 6 weeks, and still on track, that is a big accomplishment already!!

NOT splurging with pizza, beer and ice cream is awesome! I love sushi as well and regard it as a treat every time. Well done, Bidah. Great choice for your fun meal. Throw in a seaweed salad while you are there. :)
