I just replaced flour from the recipe (400g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp coconut flour)

Hello Strong And Healthy. Yes 3 house cleans but 3 ladies including me cleaning them but not too bad. If 2 of us did them we would of finished about 14. 30 ish. I see your weight is going down so that's good. Take care Merry Mel. 🙂
