- nutrijell yang kelapa muda ( bisa Tambah gula ato sweetener sesuai selera) 1 sachet saya pake untuk buat 4x jadi per serving nya 10kkal.
-nangka 70gr (opsional sih, bisa tambah buah lain)
-fiber creme 1 sdm (15kkal)
Kalo saya gak begitu suka es yang manis jadi ini gak pake gula tapi udah enak banget, berasa pake santan asli. Kalo temen2 mau agak manis aman2 aja di tambah gula.
