Well, I finally incorporated excercise in my schedule yesterday. I actually went to the gym that I have been paying membership for a year that I have not been to this year until yesterday. I walked about 45 minutes or more on the treadmill. I felt really good afterwards and now I know I can keep this up. I only hurt a little in my inner thighs. I plan to go again this evening and will try to continue this for now, at least 3 days a week.
