I bought a scale this weekend. I am hoping daily weighing will help me stay motivated and keep my weight loss goals in mind. I have also made a goal to exercise at least 5 days a week for 1 hour. This means waking up earlier, but being swimsuit ready by summer is worth it.

Good for you. Stepping on the scale daily is a scarry thing for me. Sounds like it is the right thing for you. Helping you to stay focussed abd on track. Your exercise routine sounds very impressive. You go girl!
