Monday fun-day! Had a weekend of falling off the wagon...ugh, emotional eating. Today will be a day of battling the sugar cravings that are back, after being almost gone last week. It's like my body can sense I'm burning fat and is refusing to give in ;) Well too bad! Looking forward to feeling good again when I'm off the excess carbs and sugar.

What about some low cal sweets? I love chocolate but when the craving is there I eat a weight watchers tri-chocolate brownie. Only 90 calories but satisfies the craving. They have a peanut butter and chocolate one that is so yummy. I have always been an emotional eater so I understand how you feel! Hard to make that change but sounds like you are getting there!

Do they come in ready-made portion sizes? Sometimes don't know if I can trust myself to stick to just one, if it's in the pan! ;)
