Maybe with your friends you could choose the place so you could make good low carb choices. You never know you might inspire some of your friends!
I looked at your food intake and if you are writing down everything you eat then it is not nearly enough food and your body will stall as it tries to hold onto everything. Eat at last 1500 calories a day and you should see some changes.
