Gah! No of cigarettes smoked: 0. Not feeling as stressed about the quitting smoking, that's good. Trying not to consume everything in sight. Popcorn before bed is not doing me any favors with all the butter. Drinking grapefruit juice to counter act the body's desire to harbor water during this period, and as typical with quitting smoking--constipation has officially set in. Am taking laxative to keep things moving smoothly once a day. Have drunk tons of liquid, and working out at gym and pilates to keep stress low and be relaxed to ease away from Phillips Morris in my life, but would be so much happier if magic weight loss would re-start. Must persevere, despite silly Bridget Jones-esque tone. It will work out. Be diligent.
